Dear Community Leaders:
On Monday morning, Oct. 31, 2022, lawyers from Students for Fair Admissions will step through the doors of the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., to argue against the racial discrimination that Asian American students have faced for years at Harvard University and other higher education institutions across the country. This anti-Asian discrimination, revealed in a mountain of evidence, is a blatant assault on equal education rights of Asian Americans and direct violation of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and Civil Rights Act of 1964.
A coalition of Asian American organizations, community leaders, allies and supporters plan to host a rally – Equal Education Rights for All – on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court on Sunday, October 30, 2022, 1:30-4:00 PM EDT.
